I’m Rachelle Czartorynskyj.
I am an independent Mortgage Broker and licensed Real Estate Broker based in Stratford, Ontario, working with clients across the province. Over more than 25 years in the mortgage and real estate industries, I have sat on both sides of the property transaction — which shapes how I look at financing.
That experience has taught me that a mortgage is rarely just about a rate. It is about timing, flexibility, how long you intend to hold the property and what else you are planning in the years ahead. Those details often matter more to a household than a fraction of a percentage point.
My work begins with listening. I ask about your circumstances and your plans, review what lenders will consider, and then set out the options clearly so you can weigh them properly. If the right answer is to wait, I will tell you that too.
