Where an application is submitted, information is shared with the lenders, insurers, appraisers and legal professionals involved in that transaction, and with my brokerage as required. Disclosure is limited to what is necessary for the purpose and to what is required by law.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial documents by unsecured email.
